In the former hayloft, on the first floor, we have created a cosy holiday apartment for 4 guests (approx. 56 sqm) with views of the Eselsburger Valley. The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you can access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can be pushed together. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, washbasin, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. A separate WC with washbasin is also provided. Free parking and bicycle storage are available. A shared washing machine and dryer are also provided. Our house is located on the Ostalb, on the outskirts of Herbrechtingen, in a quiet area right next to the Eselsburger Tal nature reserve. We have converted our former horse stable into holiday apartments with large balconies. Playgrounds, mini-golf, Kneipp facilities, a bakery, butcher, and various restaurants are just a few hundred meters away on foot. The swimming pool with sauna area and the cultural center in the monastery are on the same street. The Brenz river flows right by the house, so you can start hiking, cycling, climbing, boating, exploring, and relaxing right at the door. An ideal base for activities in the Brenz region: cave adventures, Brenz spring, Steiff Museum, Legoland. The nearest train station is 1.3 km away, and the A7 motorway is 3 km away.

In Herbrechtingen in the Brenz Valley, a stylishly furnished apartment of about 35 m² awaits you, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests. Located right next to the Eselsburger Tal nature reserve, you can head straight out the door to hike, cycle, climb, go boating, explore, and enjoy the surroundings. The apartment is on the first floor of a former horse stable and features a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. Wi-Fi and a smart TV are provided. From the well-equipped kitchen-living area, you can access your balcony to relax. Free parking and bicycle storage are available. There is also a shared washing machine and dryer.
